Managing Director, ERDT
Roger Riske was president of ERDT for 30 years, retiring from that position in 2007. He remains active with ERDT on a part-time basis, with particular involvement in the enVision program. Roger was an English teacher with the U.S. Peace Corps in Tunisia from 1964-1967. He obtained his Ph.D. In International Relations from UCLA in 1979 and taught courses in the Department of Political Science and Graduate School of Education from 1979-1989. He is the father of a son.
President, ERDT
Kelli Jones began working for ERDT in 1990 and has been president of ERDT since 2007. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, with a minor in Japanese, from Illinois State University. Kelli lived in Japan for 6 years and studied for 2 of those years at Nanzan University, Nagoya. Kelli loves to travel and has visited nearly 40 countries on 6 continents. She is the mother of 2 daughters, a soccer mom, dog lover, and foodie.
Executive Director, ERDT
Colin Churchill began working for ERDT in 1986 and has been Executive Director since 2003. Colin is a native of New Zealand and has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from University of Auckland as well as a Master’s degree from UCLA. He taught English in Hong Kong for four years as well as at Qingdao Merchant Seaman’s College in Shandong Province, China. Colin is an avid cricket player and promoter.
Director, ERDT EnVision
Tracy Gautier began working for ERDT in 2003 and has been Director of ERDT enVision since early 2015. She was previously a Host Family, Coordinator, Area Manager, and Assistant Director. Prior to her association with ERDT, Tracy worked for many years as a Teacher’s Assistant in ESL (English as a Second Language) and with students with Special Needs. Tracy is fluent in Spanish and enjoys learning about other languages and cultures. She is the mother of 3 children.
Associate Director, ERDT enVision
Nicole Bautista has been with ERDT, enVision since early 2015. Previously, she held management roles at Nordstrom, The Art Institute of California-Orange County and The Art Institute of California-San Bernardino. During her career at The Art Institute she spent four years as an office manager and six years as an accounting specialist. On her time off she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, camping and mountain bike riding.
